We walk the site, go up, and look at where material has actually accumulated before anyone talks about price.

What helps us scope it
Send us the building, not a brief
The suburb and the type of building
What needs cleaning, and roughly where in the building
How the work is reached: roof height, platforms, enclosures
Photos, if you have them
The hours or shutdown window the work has to fit
That is enough to start. We can walk the site with you and work out the access from there.
Where we work
Sydney to the Sunshine Coast
Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Tweed, Ipswich, Toowoomba and Sydney, with no call-out fee. See every area we cover.
What we do
Eight kinds of industrial cleaning
Have ready
Safety information that speeds things up
If you have them, these save a round of questions.
- Your site induction requirements and who runs the sign-in
- Any permit system for confined space, hot work or electrical isolation. For confined space, sections 66 to 68 of the Work Health and Safety Regulation cover the risk assessment, the entry permit and the signs, so a blank copy of your permit form shows us what it asks for
- The safety data sheet for any product stored or spilled
- A contact on site who can open gates, hatches and plant rooms
- Whether the building is occupied while the work goes on
Common questions
What people ask before they book
Is there a call-out fee?
No. Travel is built into the cost of the job.
How far will you go?
Sydney to the Sunshine Coast is the usual range, and for the right job further. Ask.
Is my job too small, or too odd?
Very little gets turned down. If it is a cleaning problem in a factory or warehouse, it is worth a call.
Who is this for?
Factories, warehouses, and the maintenance and facilities management teams who look after them.
