Commercial & industrial
Above head height, inside the machine, and everywhere a general cleaner should not go.
Anti-static dust removal, at-heights cleaning, confined space entry, duct and machinery work for factories, warehouses and the maintenance teams who look after them. Ticketed for the access. Insured for $10 million.

EWP ticketed across both platform classes
Confined space and working at heights
$10 million public liability
Anti-static throughout
Purpose-built vacuums, anti-static hoses and aluminium wands, because dust in the air carries static
Four hours to eleven days
Short shutdown windows through to the largest jobs, with crews sized to the job
Around your operating hours
Weekends, night shifts and annual shutdowns, so the building keeps running
What actually makes the difference
Three things, and none of them is “attention to detail”
Every cleaning company on the internet claims care and reliability. Here is what is actually different about this crew.
The equipment is anti-static, end to end
Purpose-built vacuums. Anti-static hoses at twenty metres. Anti-static aluminium wands from one to five metres with bristle heads.
The reason is specific. Dust moving through the air in a factory can carry static, and a spark in a room that also holds flammable liquids starts a fire. A fibreglassing plant has both in the same building. Ordinary gear moves the dust; this gear moves it without adding the ignition source.
We clean the things that fail, not the things that look dirty
Gantry crane motors clog with dust and grease. Light fittings and the cabling running to them get extremely hot, and they need maintenance, not a wipe.
A cleaner working from a checklist does the visible surfaces. Knowing which parts of a plant fail when they are left dirty comes from years on industrial sites, not from a cleaning manual.
Ticketed for the access, and insured for it
Elevating work platform tickets across both classes the work needs. Boom-type eleven metres and above, and the smaller platforms below it. Confined space. Working at heights.
Ten million dollars of public liability. At sign-in on site, every operator’s licence is checked as current and every machine as the right spec for what it is being asked to do.
What we do
Industrial dust removal, and seven other kinds of job
At-heights cleaning
Roof steel, purlins, cable trays, light fittings and high-level plant, reached from a licensed platform, not from the floor.
Combustible dust removal
Accumulated flammable and combustible dust taken down out of structure, cabling and ceiling spaces without putting it back into the air.
Duct exterior cleaning
The outside of air-conditioning ducting, roof cavities and plant rooms, in buildings where the dust in the office is coming from somewhere else.
Machinery and plant cleaning
Machines cleaned in place or on shutdown, including entry into exhausts and enclosures, with flow tested before and after where it matters.
Roof clean-ups
Spills, accumulated debris and blocked gutter lines cleared at roof level, and the roof itself looked over while we are up there.
Industrial surface and plant cleaning
Flooring, car parks, pathways, building exteriors and plant exteriors, with the chemical chosen for the surface and wash-water containment planned where the site needs it.
New industrial builds
High-level handover cleaning on newly completed buildings. Roof steel, structure and ductwork before commissioning.
Worth knowing
The cleaning method is part of the risk
Queensland’s code of practice for managing hazardous chemicals says dust explosions are often overlooked, and it names how dust gets put back into the air: opening doors, sweeping, and blowing accumulated material out of gaps and machinery with compressed air.
Which means the wrong cleaning method is not simply ineffective. It is the mechanism the regulator is warning about. That is why the vacuums, the hoses and the wands on this job are anti-static, and why dust can come off a rafter into a vacuum instead of being blown around by an air line. The code is public reading: Managing risks of hazardous chemicals in the workplace, WorkSafe Queensland.

What the crew is ticketed for
Elevating work platform, boom-type 11 metres and above (TLILIC0005)
Elevating work platform, the smaller class below 11 metres
Confined space entry

At sign-in on site, every operator’s licence is checked as current and every machine as the right spec for the work it is about to do. Some of the team hold both platform classes and some hold one.
Who calls us
Factories, warehouses and the people who maintain them
Facility managers, maintenance managers and factory owners. The people responsible for a building where dust, grease and height access are a real risk, and who get asked why the line stopped.
Most of the work arrives by referral or from clients we already have. We are happy to work a problem through with you, and we would rather help you keep the site maintained so problems do not happen.
